Here’s what I know to be true: A healthy menstrual cycle sets the foundation for a healthy body.
About
Hi! I’m Kailee.
I help women transition off birth control, reclaim their fertility, and prepare for a healthy pregnancy–whether that’s 4 months or 4 years from now.
I struggled for YEARS with painful periods, hormonal acne, constipation, anxiety, mood swings, bloating, and constant fatigue. I felt so uncomfortable in my own body.
I spent thousands of dollars on treatments, testing, and supplements.
I eliminated dairy, gluten, legumes, and tried many different diets. I was doing all the things.
But, I still felt stuck. Something was missing.
And then I finally figured it out...
I quit taking birth control and started focusing on the foundations first.
I started working with a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator to learn how to chart my cycle for birth control.
I not only started to feel better symptom-wise, I felt relief.
It was like my body’s way of saying, “thank you for listening”.
I felt so empowered because I understood how to take control of my fertility in a way that works with my body’s physiology.
I learned how to read the signs that my body was naturally giving me about my menstrual cycle and fertility.
It was completely life changing.
My body started to heal itself, I began feeling so much better. But, I still had some lingering symptoms that I needed more support with.
I slowly started implementing foundational nutritional strategies and I was amazed by how quickly I was healing my symptoms.
Driven by my own transformation and progress, I pursued certifications in Nutritional Therapy and Fertility Awareness.
With a deep focus on adding in nourishment, keeping things simple, and focusing on the foundations – I guide my clients towards achieving healthy hormones and fertility because it’s essential for a healthy body.

Before working with Kailee, I felt stuck. I was dealing with endometriosis, intense menstrual pain, digestion issues, fatigue, and bloating. Kailee’s holistic approach caught my attention, and I started noticing changes quickly—more energy, less bloating, and better digestion. She helped me understand what my body needs at different phases of my cycle, and the improvements kept coming. Kailee provided a safe, empowering space to learn about my body and optimize my fertility. I highly recommend working with her!"
